About Me
Welcome to my practice! I'm a Licensed Psychologist in Littleton, Colorado, and I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety-Related Disorders, such as Social Anxiety and Panic Disorder. I have over 20 years of experience in helping kids, teens and adults to successfully manage these challenging disorders. My goal is to provide you or your loved one with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to let go of the fear that can keep people trapped in unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University, and my B.A. in Psychology with departmental honors from Stanford University. My pre-doctoral internship was at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, and I am a member of the following organizations: Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, (ABCT), and Colorado Psychological Association (CPA).

Specializing in OCD and Anxiety-Related Disorders
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
OCD can come in many forms, but they almost all have two things in common: unwanted, intrusive, "bad" thoughts, and rituals or compulsions.
Social Anxiety
Disorder
Social anxiety can result in school refusal for kids and teens, or significant impairment in work or relationships with adults.
Panic Disorder/
Agoraphobia
Panic Disorder involves having repeat panic attacks, and/or developing a phobia of having a panic attack.
Specific Phobias
Sometimes people have fears about a single thing, which is called a Specific Phobia. Examples include fears of insects or snakes, heights, vomiting, and storms.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder/
Illness Anxiety
If you worry excessively about every little thing, and it's getting in the way of sleep or other areas of functioning, you may have GAD.
Other Anxiety-Related Disorders
Several other Anxiety-Related Disorders can be successfully treated with CBT and ERP, including BFRBs, Hoarding Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
